This issue comprises articles authored or co-authored by nineteen scholars representing five institutions across three countries, namely Hanoi University of Industry (Vietnam), Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University and the Russian State Scientific Research Center “NAMI” (Russian Federation), as well as the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines and Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan (Philippines).

The contributions in this issue reflect the journal’s expanding international collaboration and continued efforts to advance engineering research and innovation. The published works present diverse perspectives and methodological approaches, addressing contemporary challenges in engineering and contributing to the development of applied and interdisciplinary knowledge.
